- You may place as many properties as you wish for FREE.
- You may place up to 5 images per property.
- At least, one image must be provided per property.
- Properties are online immediately
- Properties can be edited at any time from your owners control panel.
- Owners Direct Holidays does not charge commission of any kind to owners or clients.
- All enquiries that are sent from the contact form are sent straight to the owner.
- Possible clients will respond directly to the owner.
- All transactions are made directly with the enquirer.
- You have an optional choice of featuring your property on the main destination page and in your area (Rotative) for just £10.00 for 6 months. After this period you property will remain listed but not as a featured property.
- You may link to your own web (Please provide a link back) or availability calendar but links to commercial holiday rental web are not permitted
- Duplicate properties will be removed without warning
- We reserve the right to remove any property we consider inappropriate to our standards
