ORLANDO SMILE is a lovely rental villa on the small gated TIVOLI MANOR Estate.This is an exclusive development of only 35 properties.This enables it to be kept in tip top condition all year round.Five families actually live on the estate and this is also an added bonus.The magical Disney are is about a 12 minute drive away.Seaworld and the Universal parks can also be reached easily.There are restaurants,shopping,golf ,fishing and supermarkets all close by.The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,2 of which are masters.All the bedrooms have TV,s and plenty of storage space for your luggage.Besides the two master bedrooms we have a couple of themed rooms.One is based on Winnie the Pooh and the other has a Dolphin and Seaworld theme.It can sleep up to 10 guests with a further 2 folding beds.The lounge has an LCD television and two large sofas.There is also a dining table with six chairs.The kitchen area has a giant fridge freezer,dishwasher,oven,microwave and toasters.Our laundry room has a washer and dryer if you need to use them.There is also an iron and ironing board provided.The bathrooms are themed on the seaside and are very spacious.They all have a mixture of showers,basins and baths.The jewel in the crown is the pool area out the back of the property.It is totally private and you will have no rear neighbours.We have a south/west facing 28 foot x 14 foot pool and jacuzzi for your enjoyment.A table and chairs is provided under cover with a large fan over the top to keep you cool.Relaxers are provided by the pool with more in the garage if needed.The place is spotlessly clean and well looked after by our Management company.We regularly visit the villa ourselves so it is constantly being upgraded.The whole property was fully tiled and every room decorated in March 2008.Please visit our website at www.orlandosmile.com.Here you will see more pictures and details of the property.Thankyou.PAUL SMITH
