Description:
The accomadation is a restored stone cottage set in the heart of Central Portugal.
The cottage is fully equiped and has a 6m x 10m swimming pool. It has beautiful views of the mountains from all of the garden.
We are 50 metres from the village square which has bars, resturants, supermarkets for your everyday needs, also internet access and an ATM.
The local area is ideal for walking, rambling horse riding, cycling etc Accomadation situated in a rural working village amongst peaceful surroundings for total relaxation We are 1hr from the coast of Figueira da Foz 30 mins drive from the university city of Coimbra.
During the summer there are many fiestas in the area.
There is a lively weekly market at Ansiao every Saturday approx 8 kms away.
November see’s the International Horse Fair at Golega where people from all over the world come to see the beautiful Lusitano Horses and the wonderful horsemanship shown by their riders.
