Description:
This one bedroom apartment is located in Playa de Las Americas.
The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and gets the sun about 12 noon till late evening. It’s great to sit out on the balcony, relax, watching the world go by.
The complex is ideal for a singles or family holidays and the pool is great fun for the kids and adults, as it runs right round the complex in a river effect with waterfalls.
The apartment is situated only 10 minutes walk from the beach and a host of other attractions. Just a short walk you have bars restaurants which account for every taste from Chinese to Indian, steak houses and traditional Spanish .

Prices and Terms:
PRICE START FROM £220 TO £380 PER WEEK
No animals.
Keys must be returned within 7days of returning home.
Refundable security deposit of £25 per Adult is charged to cover all damage, loss and none return of keys.
Alternative rates do apply for groups under the age of 21 please contact the owner. Damage costing over the total key money will be charged accordingly.
