Description:
This air conditioned 1st floor apartment is located in Avenida de la Purisima and just 40 seconds walk to Playa del Cura beach.
There are stairs or lift access to the property.
There is a balcony, living/dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, en-suite shower room, bathroom, balcony. The property is located just 1 minutes walk from the beach.

Prices and Terms:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Air conditioning (hot and cold air) available at an additional charge.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
