This south facing well furnished, air-conditioned 2nd floor apartment with balcony and roof solarium is situated at Residencial La Cinuelica R9, Los Altos.
The property is in walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach and supermarkets.
The property has a balcony with table and 6 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining, living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, roof solarium. Air conditioning available if required.

Prices and Terms:
Prices £150-£250 per week for up to 4 people.
ir-conditioning (hot and cold) is available throughout the property and is an optional extra, £25 per week.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
No additional cost for cleaning property at the end of your stay.
