Prices and Terms:
Prices £150-£250 per week for up to 4 people.
Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is available throughout the property and is an optional extra, £25 per week.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
Airport transfer can be arranged if required.
