Sarasota 40 mins drive. Within walking distance of the front door is the Gulf of Mexico where you will find a private beach for your use to sunbath and look for shells. Just a short walk takes you to several restaurants and Tiki bar. On Lemon Bay there is a private boat/ fishing dock and heated pool. Nearby numerous golf courses for all standards of golfers. (2 sets of golf clubs available). Serious shoppers a short drive away.
