This villa is in a sought after location, as it overlooks the beach and bay of the resort. It’s one of the main reasons, that clients return year after year. The first picture that you see is the view from the terrace.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, consists of double bed with en suite, comprising of full size bath, overhead shower, w.c. and hand basin. There is a small terrace outside the master bedroom, where you can enjoy your morning tea/coffee. There are also tea making facilities added to this bedroom.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one has a single bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, so this can actually sleep seven. There is a shower room, with large shower cubilcle, w.c., bidet and hand basin.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the usual facilities, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. You will also find a hob, oven, fridge, washing machine and a microwave.

The upper terrace houses a splash pool and a jacuzzi, where you can enjoy a glass of wine, while enjoying the views of the meditteranean sea. There are also sunbeds, patio furniture and a b.b.q.

The resort caters for families of all ages. Children are made very welcome by all the bars and restaurants. There is evening entertainment offered by several of the bars and also children entertainment. You will find supermarkets, hairdressers, car hire offices, bank, money exchange and a pharmacy.

The villa is in a peaceful location, yet only five mins walking distance to the shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The beach is in a safe secluded bay and is ideal for children. You can scuba dive or snorkel in the crystal clear turquoise waters or just relax on the beach and have a tapas or drink from the two beach bars that are situated there.

The transfer time from Mahon airport is approx ten mins. by taxi. Luckily we do not experience any aircraft noise. as the flight path is in the opposite direction. The capital Mahon is approx 15 mins by taxi 20 mins by the bus. There is a market on Tuesday and Saturday.

There are many places of interest on the Island of Menorca and they boast of having a beach for every day of the year. It is also steeped in history and the island is protected by the Reserve Biosphere. There are plenty of species of birds and animals to be seen here, nature is a part of the environment that is protected.

The port of Mahon is a lovely place to visit. You can view all the expensive boats along the port. You can relax and watch the world go by from the many restsurants and bars.
