This lovely 3 bed Ayia napa villa is located within 10 min walk of Nissi beach. Sleeping 6, it is ideal for families or mature couples.
Please note that there is building work at the front of this villa since we have taken it on a year ago. the photo displaying the building work was last updates May 2008 and no further works have progressed within a year, so this shouldnt put you off booking. If in the unlikely event, building work will resume, we will negotiate a discount with the owner.

Prices are as below
June - Sept 800gbp per week
April May Oct 700gbp per week
Nov - March 450 per week
check in 3pm, vacate by 11am. A refundable security depsoit of 250 will be required on final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival, incase of damages.
