Description:
Built into a limestone escarpment in the 16th Century by the Church, La Bordeliere was originally used as an alms house for pilgrims on the route to Santiago (St James) de Compostella in N.W. Spain. The property nestles quietly into the gently rolling countryside of the French Vienne. The sloping nature of the limestone escarpment gives the house a very special character and many different venues for sunning, snoozing and alfesco dining!
