It has breathtaking 360 degree views of the highest mountains in the Apennines and the gloriously lush Abruzzo countryside. It is situated on the edge of the National Park of Gran Sasso Laga in a very private position.
The villa is less than two hours from Rome, less than an hour to the golden beaches of the Adriatic and 40 minutes from a ski resort. It is easily reachable from Rome Ciampino, Rome Fiumicino, Pescara and Ancona airports.
It is near the picturesque town of Castelli which is world famous for its majolica ceramics and is in an excellent position for walkers to enjoy the many walking trails.
