Situated within 5 minutes walk to the historical town centre of Ceme. This 3 bedroom villa has its own landscape garden and private swimming pool. Open plan lounge with a traditional open fire, fully fitted kitchen with all mod. cons. including dishwasher and microwave. Separate utility room with washing machine and downstairs W.C. with shower. Upstairs the Master Bedroom comes with an ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. This is a newly built villa in a fantastic location.
Customer Care Support
We offer an on-site customer care service which includes daily garden and pool maintenance. Our manager can be contacted any time of the day for any of your needs and enquiries. They will even do pick-up from the airport at any time for a fee of £60. The villa will be cleaned on arrival but you can request the villa to be cleaned during your stay for £30 per clean.
Cesme
Cesme is a 50 minutes drive from Izmir airport on a straightforward and safe motorway. Cesme is a charming town with many good restaurants, shops and a beautiful marina below Cesme Castle. It has 20 blue flag beaches and offering many types of watersports including scuba diving, windsurfing and sailing. Daily ferries are available during the summer months to the to the beautiful Greek Island of Chios. Cesme is a world class spa centre and has many Thermal Water Springs.

July-Aug: 650 Sterling Pounds per week;
Sep: 500 Sterling Pounds per week;
Oct - Dec: 350 Sterling Pounds per week;
10 % deposit requried immediately to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.
