A wooden spiral staircase leads out of the lounge to the upper floor where there’s a beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite shower-bathroom. This bedroom also has a second satellite tv and dvd. Another spiral staircase leads out of the bedroom up to a roof-terrace which has a table and chairs and an exterior shower. This is a great place to relax and look across the rooftops of Puerto Pollença to the sea.

This penthouse is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday in the heart of Puerto Pollenca. It’s just a couple of minutes from the beach and all the cafes, restaurants and shops of the resort - there’s a supermarket very close by too. Because it’s on the third and fourth floors of an apartment building without a lift, it’s most suitable for holidays with friends rather than for families with young children.
