Description:
Villa Rosina a three bedroom bungalow style property is situated just outside of Dalyan, a short bus ( dolmus ) ride into town, and provides an ideal place to rest after hectic days out. There’s plenty to do to keep a family happy for a couple of weeks. For the active, there’s mountain biking, sea kayaking, paragliding, diving, water skiing and rafting, for the less active there is the incredible ruins of Caunos to explore, mud and thermal baths, boat cruises, and the local markets. The area is famous for Caretta turtle’s which lay their eggs at the Iztuzu beach.
Food wise expect traditional Turkish fare, as well as the more familiar pizza, the local fish is excellent, plus there are lots of Meze,Aubergines,Kebabs,pilav (rice dish) and Borek (stuffed flaky pastry) All the restaurants are very friendly and popular with families, they are always lively with a warm hospitality.
The villa is suitable for people with walking difficulties, as the property is all on one level.

October-(£350 per week)
May, June & Sept–(£450 per week)
July & Aug - (£550 per week)
Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April.
(£300 per week)
( The pool will not be available these months )
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required when booking. In all other cases a deposit of 25% off the total holiday price is required and the balance is due not less than 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being paid by the due time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited. A security deposit of £20 per booking is also required. This deposit will be refunded within 3 working days of your return, less any costs incurred, including but not limited to accidental damage to the property and any contents, excess cleaning, loss/non return of keys.
• The prices quoted are for the whole villa with sole use of private pool.
• Prices include all linen, cleaning service, air conditioning, water, gas and electric. plus a basic welcome pack.
• Transfers from and to Dalaman airport can be arranged, Approx (£40.00p.) to be paid locally.
