The house is set in 6 acres of rural splendor and retains many original features. Take a walk down to the orchards or why not just sit and admire the spectacular view of the mountains and the ruins of the medieval church of San Pantaleo.
The nearest beach Lu Bancu is a 20 minute drive from Martis. The historic seaside resort of Castelsardo is 10 minutes further along the coast road. All of Northern Sardinia’s stunning beaches are easily reached from Martis.
Ca Tupa is located in a little village called Martis. The village has a few bars, two supermarkets, a bank, post office and several little shops. The nearest village to dine out is Perfugas or Nulvi. Evening meals can be prepared with prior notice and served in your room or on your private terrace. The village of Martis is approximately 1 hour from Alghero Airport (Ryanair) and 1 hour 20 minutes from Olbia Airport (EasyJet) CAR HIRE IS ESSENTIAL (We are tucked away in the middle of farm land and off the beaten track)
