The Villa
Casa Sereno is situated on 2000m² private garden in a natural and wooded environment with a big variety of trees and plants. A perfect place to enjoy yourself in the garden, take a nice rest in the hammock under the almond-trees or make a beautiful painting on one of the great idyllic spots, but also to take a nice walk to the beach or along the beautiful coasts.

The villa has got a nostalgic look with, among other things, bamboo ceilings, typical wooden windows with hand-blown glass, different terraces and balconies. Of course equipped with comforts such as air-conditioning, solar panels and floor heating in wintertime. The villa is only 40 minutes driving from the airport of Faro, near the
small village Benagil with its diversity of nice restaurants and authentic situated beach between the rocks.

Casa Sereno has got beautiful apartments which are available for 2/4 All apartments have got their own entrance and are situated on the first floor or the ground floor with views over the garden, swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings of Vale D’el Rei. The Dutch owners are living in the same complex in the separated middle part of the villa, so that they and their guests will keep their own privacy.

APARTMENT 1 (available for 2 to 4 persons)
Has got a nostalgic look with typical Portuguese details. Situated on the first floor (Total area of 55m²) with a double bedroom / bathroom with toilet / nice living-room with an open kitchen equipped with comforts such as oven and dishwasher. All apartments has got air-conditioning and floor heating in wintertime. From your balcony and terrace you have got nice views over the garden and swimming pool, surrounded in a beautiful green area. When you reserve for 4 persons, 2 of them will sleep in a separated bedroom with their own bathroom and entrance.

APARTMENT 2 (equal to apartment 1, but still under construction)

APARTMENT 3 (available for 2-4 or 6 persons)
Has got a modern, but atmospheric look. This apartment (75m²) consists of a big bedroom with hand basin plus a bathroom with toilet and a big living-room with an open kitchen equipped with comforts such as oven and dishwasher. This apartment is situated on the ground floor. The inside has got a modern look and there is a big terrace with nice views over the garden and swimming pool. There is a possibility to make a double bed out of the couch in the living-room, so that you have space for 2 more persons. When you reserve for 6 persons, 2 of them will have a seperate bedroom with their own bathroom and entrance. The apartment has got air-conditioning and heating.
