Description:
Welcome to F14 Mountain Dream in Bansko, our second home. It is a 4 star 2 bedroomed, beautifully appointed apartment which sleeps up to 6 adults and a child making it perfect for either a family or group of friends.
On the border of the Pirin Mountain National Park F14 is perfectly positioned to invite you to enjoy this UNESCO Heritage area all the year.
In winter the ski road (home run) is just 200m away for the short ski/slide down to the gondola and thence by modern uplift to some 70 km of pistes, the longest of which is about 16 km down from 2600m top station. Alternatively take the shuttle bus to the gondola.
In summer enjoy all the outdoor activities in this mountain lovers paradise as well as the outdoor life style of the quaint town of Bansko where over 100 eating places (mehanas), a varied nightlife and a number of summer festivals including an International Jazz Festival and a Folk Festival add to the experience. But with one of the lovely marked hiking routes starting within 100m of F14 one can be in the mountain forests without the trek up from the town. Take the car or bus up to the Virhen Hut and experience high mountain trekking or enjoy the mountain bike route back down.
F14 Mountain Dream is part of a 4star complex which includes a hotel as well as apartments and all the facilities one expects of a 4star rating. The indoor pool, set under a perspex dome is 18m in diameter and opens onto the courtyard garden. A spa and treatment centre, gym, restaurant, bars, launderette, games and ski room are just some of the facilities available for our guests although the hotel does charge extra for some of these facilities.
The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of block F and is served by a lift. We have two balconies both enjoying lovely views - one over the valley and the other up the mountain

Prices and Terms:
Promotional Season - 18 April 2010-3 December 2010 – 25 EUR per night
Winter Low Season - 4 - 18 December 2010 - 55 EUR per night
Winter Season - 4 January - 10 April 2011 – 65 EUR per night
Winter High Season – 19 December 2010- 3 January 2011 – 85 EUR per night
Promotional Season - 11 April 2011-3 December 2011 – 25 EUR per night
Notes:
1. ALL bookings are subject to a compulsory 45 EUR Service and Cleaniing charge which includes apartment preparation, reception services, linen, towels and final cleaning.
2. A deposit of the equivalant of a 3 night stay is required to secure the reservation.
3. The remainder of the monies is required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the stay.
4. If booking within 4 weeks of staying, the whole cost is due.
5. A returnable breakage credit card deposit is required and will be collected at check-in.
6. Payment may be by BANK TRANSFER or by PAYPAL. With PayPal payment in most currencies is possible without you needing your own PayPal account - we will generate an invoice to match the currency. Payment by PayPal does not cost you any extra and is an almost instantaneous method of payment. Alternatively a cheque in English pounds will sometimes be accepted.
7. Payment in GBP will be calculated at the rate mentioned on the XE.com site (see above) on the day the invoice is generated and sent to you.
8. The price includes local tourist tax.

If you cancel the booking:
• Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival - full refund of monies paid less £10 administration charge.
