Description:
The studio has 17 square meters. During the day there is always brightness all over the studio. There is a few steps to go up and down to the entry and have two small local bars 15 meters from the studio.
There is next to the property the 4 stars hotel of Paul do Mar where you might take advantage of their facilities in case you wish. In Calheta village there is an artificial yellow sand beach to enjoy the sunshine.

Prices and Terms:
€200 per week We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 20% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival. When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable. The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival otherwise there is no place for reimbursement. We recommend travel insurance
