Description:
This cozy studio apartment is excellent situated in the quiet area of historical city center on Mala ulica. It is in the ground floor of a traditional 19th century building; just a step away from the famous Triple bridges and central open air fruit and vegetable market.
The studio was recently renovated. It has a bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (90 x 180 cm), functional kitchen area with stove, oven and big refrigerator, dinning table for four and smaller bathroom with shower. It is equipped with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, CTV, telephone, hi-fi, VCR, free wireless internet connection. Towels and linen are provided.
It has its own parking lot (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m). Reservations must be made in advance. Daily price is 9 €.

Prices and Terms:
From 59 € per day for minimum 4 days stay. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price, adults 1.01 €, children (7 to 18 ) 0.50 €. The rental price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths and standard final cleaning at departure. Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental.
