Description:
Enjoying an enviable position with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the accommodation is a compact chalet on a quiet private estate about one kilometre from the town centre of the beautiful mountain town of Cauterets. The Chalet is south facing and has sunshine in the summer from early morning until late into the evening.
Suitable for 4 people, with a double bed in the upstairs bedroom and a very comfortable double futon in the lounge.
The chalet is fully furnished with all home comforts, including TV, DVD, CD Player, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Kettle, 4 ring hob and a small multi-functional oven. Sliding patio doors open onto a small private patio that enjoys 11 hours sun in high summer.
Cauterets is a beautiful spa town set in amazing scenery. It has it’s own ski resort and is only 25 minutes drive from the Pilgrimage town of Lourdes, where from 20th December 2008 Ryanair will fly direct from Stanstead. The picture postcard Pont d’Espagne is 8 minutes drive away.
Summers are long and warm, winters are blessed with the highest snowfall in the Pyrenees.
Perfect for walking, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning/caving, fishing (or maybe just enjoying lazy days watching the world go by with a good book and a cold beer outside one of the many cafes in town) in the summer.
Ideal for skiing, snowboarding, sledging and general fun in the snow during the winter.

£240 mid season

Price includes cleaning and all bedding, towels and heating.
£50 deposit secures the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
