The cottage is a traditional single story stone build with one double bedroom, separate modern bathroom (shower, toilet and handbasin) and spacious open plan living area with fully equiped kitchen opening onto a private patio with bbq, table and chairs.
The cottage is in a secluded and tranquil location in the private 16,000 m2 grounds of Quinta Telhada and has a private parking area.
Summer House is only a 5 minute drive to the large town Figueiró dos Vinhos which has several large supermarkets, 2 banks, post office, farmacia, health centre, restaurants and cafe bars
