The ground floor rooms open onto a small terrace area, perfect for bbq´s and dining alfresco. The property spans two floors, the ground floor has 2 large double bedrooms with on-suites, each with their own private entrance, which can be rented independant of the 1st floor. The 1st floor has a modern kitchen, large open plan lounge/diner, spacious double bedroom and separate bathroom.

Breakfast is included in the accomodation price, breakfast consists of milk, coffee, tea, fruit, bread and butter.

Breakfast Special, may be ordered one week in advance for 2 or more person staying two to more nights. Breakfast Special consists of milk, coffee, tea, fruit, bread, cake, butter, cheese, spicy sausage, fresh eggs, ham, cereals, chocolate milk powder, regional candy.
