The wine rack and drinks cupboard are usually well stocked prior to your arrival.

Description:
Villa Frangipani enjoys a picturesque hillside near the resorts of Javea and Moraira. With breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, it is a south facing, detached villa with private pool.
Our beautiful villa has three bedrooms, two twins and one double plus en-suite - all with free air conditioning/heating.
In the living room there is comfortable seating for six with a LCD TV with Sky Family package, Play Station 2 and DVD.
French doors lead from the dining area into the naya (covered terrace) which has a circular table and 6 chairs making it perfect for al-fresco dining.
The naya arches lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a parasol – the surrounding balustrades incorporate lighting allowing this area to be used in the evenings.
From the terrace roman steps lead into the kidney shaped swimming pool which is 8m x 4m and has underwater lighting and poolside shower.
A free welcome pack is provided on your arrival and we carry out full end of stay cleaning along with weekly cleaning if villa rental is for longer than one week. There is no extra charge for the use of the air conditioning / heating or the safe. A cot and high chair are also available at no extra charge.
Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Theme Parks and Mundomar Marine Animal Park are all approx. 1/2 hours drive away.

2008 Prices:
Sep 27th to Nov 01st ~ €845 per week
Nov 01st to Dec 27th ~ €585 per week
2009 Prices:
Dec 27th to Apr 04th ~ €585 per week
Apr 04th to May 23rd ~ €845 per week
May 23rd to Jun 27th ~ €1040 per week
Jun 27th to Sep 05th ~ €1300 per week
We are also able to accept payment in sterling (£) and dollars ($), please contact us for prices in these currencies.
The rental prices are for the villa, not per person and are fully inclusive of welcome pack, use of air conditioning and heating, safe, high chair and baby’s cot. All bed linen, bath, hand, pool and kitchen towels are also provided. Beach towels are not supplied.
Please note, the villa is unsuitable for wheelchair access as there are 14 steps leading down from the road.
We request that smoking is restricted to the naya and terrace areas only.
The villa will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that our preferred changeover day is SATURDAY - whilst we are flexible on this, unfortunately we can’t guarantee that we will be able to accommodate bookings commencing on any other days, especially in peak season.
Deposit (30% of villa rental rate) secures the booking.
Damage deposit €250 is payable with the final invoice and is refundable within 14 days of return from holiday, less any damage or breakages.
For long term bookings this may be increased.
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks before - no cancellation charge
4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
