This lovely four Bedroom Villa, Built in 2005, is located in the peaceful and beautiful, typically Greek Village of Sarlata on the unspoilt island of Kefalonia. The Villa has its own swimming pool and is privately owned by Jan and Stephen Jenner. It is set amongst a back drop of Olive, Lemon and Orange trees with stunning views over the Ionian sea. It has four bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The Villa is approximately 2 Km from Ammes Beach with some very good tavernas nearby. There is also a small local shop within 2-3 mins walk.
Although the villa comfortably sleeps eight people it can accept 2 extra small children. Prices start from £575 per week for six people or less . The price includes Air Conditioning, Maid Service and clean linen twice weekly. For your convenience a friendly English man who lives within the village manages the villa.
