The semi-detached villa is situated on a small complex of eight other properties and would suit families looking for a quiet base for their Turkish holiday but close enough to facilities to suit all ages. Rest and RelaxationA million miles away from the all-inclusive tourist trap resorts with their "British theme pubs" and everything associated with the high octane traditional package holiday, in fact, if that is your ideal holiday, we would respectfully suggest that you may find the villa a little bit too quiet for your taste.

Dalaman

The town has much to offer with an abundance of shops, restaurants serving delicious traditional dishes, small bars, tea gardens and the stunning beach at Sarigerme only 15 minutes drive from the town, there is plenty to do and see.

Dalaman’s location could not be better, with many resort towns only minutes drive away, the sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only 20 mins drive, this is soon to be reduced as a new tunnel adjoining the towns is underway, Dalyan only 20 mins drive and the popular resorts towns of Marmaris and Fethiye just over an hour’s drive.
There is plenty of transport available, with taxi’s and a new bus station offering buses and dolmus to each area regularly. Facilities are good with doctors and hospital available.

10 min from Dalaman airport.
5 min from Dalaman Centre.
15 min from Gocek.
25 min from Dalyan.
35 km from Fethiye.
