From our very large private garden (20000 sqm) around the villa there is a spectacular view on the Alta Valle del Tevere and Appenines mountains. Set in beautifully maintained gardens there are the large and ecological swimming pool with sunbeds, (15x7 metres), 3 covered gazebos , private places with tables, chairs and sunshade for every apartment, an open barbecue with table where you can enjoy a barbecue or drinks outdoors.
