La Petite Maison is a renovated detached lakeside cottage within own private garden and located within 10 acre ’’Les Songes’’ private estate. The cottage nestles at the side of the lake where you can spend lazy days fishing, reading or sunbathing and swimming in the private 12 x 6 metre outdoor swimming pool. The lake is private 2 acre Carp Fishing Lake and is fully surrounded with sweeping lawns, gardens,orchard, stream and has full-size boules court. Grounds are very private and fully surrounded with high evergreen laurel hedges, fencing and gates. Located between the historic towns of Parthenay and Bressuire in the Deux-Sevres Department of Poitou-Charentes Region of France

From £425 to £495 per week for the cottage.
