Description:
This pretty cottage is in the Oust Valley [Nantes to Brest Canal and River Oust] and is perfect for cycling or walking as it is very flat. Close to Redon a busy market town with a river network of locks and the medieval town of Malestroit with its Museum of Resistance from the 2nd World War [outside playground for kids and creperie]. Only 20 minutes from the larger Ploermel with shops, cinema complex, bowling alley and golf course and man made beach with watersports, pedalo hire etc. and McDonalds! Rochefort-en-terre with its Chateau is about 15 minutes away and only 30 minutes to the various beaches on the Gulf of Morbihan. This is a very reasonably priced property and ideal for the small family.
