We are the owners of this lovely 4 bedroom home with private pool. It is located in a subdivision called Indian Ridge, just 4 miles to Disneyworld! It is a fully furnished, vacation home, just ready for your arrival.

There are 2 full bathes. One is located off the master bedroom, includes a double sink, huge closet, toilet and shower. It also has a pool door.
The second one is located near the other guestsrooms, and has a tub/shower, with sink and toilet.
Bedrooms details
There are 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, with an ensuite bathe. And plenty of closet room.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms, all have 2 twin beds in each
Living Areas
There is a formal living room, adjacent to a formal dining room. There is also a separate family room off the kitchen area. We have a tv, vcr, library of video tapes, and books available for your use.
Kitchen
This home has a large eat in kitchen, fully equiped with everything you could use to make a meal, or just heat leftovers!

Price Information
The rate for our 4 bedroom home is $110 per night, plus the mandatory sales tax of 13%, and $70 Clean Fee.
Pool heating is available, if required at $25 per day extra.
We do require a separate $250 refundable damage deposit, to be held until your departure inspection
