This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet rural location, 8kms west of Albufeira and 3.5kms from Gale beach and golf course. There are many local restaurants of which the nearest is 1km away where there is also a supermarket and fresh fish shop. Guia town, famous for its numerous good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri is just a 5 minute drive. Albufeira town with its music bars and interesting Old Town is just a 15 minute drive. The villa has a large pool (10m x 5m) with Roman steps, which is lit underwater, together with a slide and shower. There are terraces with a BBQ, dining area surrounded by a large delightful mature garden which is completely fenced (with an automatic gate) giving complete privacy. The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor is the air conditioned split level lounge/dining area with digital satellite TV with a comprehensive selection of channels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All the bedrooms are air conditioned, a twin bedroom with en suite shower, a further twin bedroom and double bedroom both sharing a separate bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. If guests have personal laundry this can be arranged with the maid. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. Car Hire required.
