Our immaculate fully air-conditioned two bedroom first floor holiday home is available for rental. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size oven and hob, microwave, and fridge freezer (to keep all your drinks icy cold). An open plan lounge with a 3 + 2 seater settee with converts to a double bed settee, Laundry room, Satelite TV, Stereo, DVD player and playstation2. De-lux folded bed available for extra occupancy. There is also a selection of DVD’s available to keep the children entertained. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes the main bedroom has a de-lux king size bed with a fully fitted en-suite, with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together, with top quality orthapaedic mattress’s. The bathroom has a full size bath and shower over. We have a private balcony area complete with patio set. The Balcony has the added benefit of having the sun on it almost all day all year round. At the rear of the property is our personal covered parking space. There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms which double as heaters in the winter. There is satellite television with free view channels. The apartment has a communal swimming pool in landscaped gardens with a seperate toilet and shower block. Our apartment is like a home from home. We like to spend as many holidays as we can in Paphos and have furnished and equipped it fully with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday.
