Private house with garden and a breathtaking vie over the lake and the three islands. The hause is organised on 3 levels and it suitable for family holidays. The top floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms have windows and open views over the lake,the lake shore, the alps and the garden and the villlage of Baveno. The lower floor has an entrance a staircase leading to top floor, a small bathroom, open kitchen leading onto the living room and terrace. From the kitchen balcony another stone saircase leads to the laudry room, garden, pergola and patio.The open private garage is located at the top of the pedestrian pebbled road leading to the house entrance. Extra free parking is available in the vicinity. The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Our house is suitable for families. It is on two floors and has a 180 degrees view over the lake and three Borromean islands. It also has a large a private garden with patio and pergola where you can sunbathe, play and have BBQs. From the house a very short pebbled footpath takes to the beach where you can swim in the lake.

There are 3 bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with a kingsize bed and two windows over the lake, one wardrobe, one chest of drawers and two small night tables by the bed, two chairs.
1 single bed with pull out extra bed in the children room. There is also a cupboard with drawers and a small night table, one chest of drawers plus a closed shoe rack and a chair.
1 twin or double bedroom with cupboard, chest of drawers, night table and a chair.
Living Areas
One large sitting rooms with 2 sofas, fireplace, bookshelves, TV table with DVD, dining table and 6 chairs. The living room opens onto a terrace with rollup sun curtain, large table and chairs. plants and 180° view over the lake.
Kitchen
Open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, boiler, sink, drying rack, kitchen cabinets, table, fridge with freezer. The kitchen is located near the ntrance and has a French door with balcony leading to the garden. The laundry room with washing machine and drying racks as well as garden toys, BBQ and sunbeds is located opposite the garden table before the covered patio.

The weekly cost varies according to the season. June and September are middle seasons and July and August high season.
